It’s been 25 years since Mary Gauthier released her groundbreaking debut album, Drag Queens in Limousines. Since then, she’s brought all kinds of folks from all walks of life together with her deeply personal, yet paradoxically universal work.
By writing about what matters most to her, having the courage to sing what’s often too hard for us to say, and delivering the work authentically, Mary Gauthier opened the gate and widened the path that many who came after her have travelled.
Join us in celebrating twenty-five years of the unique, courageous songs of Mary Gauthier.

Hailing from rural Ontario, Allison’s love for music took root in church choirs and local sessions. From playing for community dances to soloing with orchestras, Allison has found her voice as a singer-songwriter and flutist after more than a quarter century performing in Canada and abroad.
Allison is now touring her album “Words of Love” joined by Canadian and US Grand National fiddle champion Shane Cook and CFMA Solo Instrumental Artist of the Year Kyle Waymouth.
Live shows confirm the depth of talent in a glorious mix of beautiful story songs, electrifying fiddle tunes and dazzling step dance united by the trio’s endearing stage presence.
Woven through performances are Allison’s original songs which often remind us of the historical connections between Canada and the UK and fit so perfectly into the canon of folk music that they could easily be mistaken for traditional numbers.
Allison and her trio carry audiences away to another time, then dance them home again.

Like protest songs? Neither does Grace Petrie – and she’s been singing them for 15 politically disastrous years. No longer able to meet the deadened eyes or desperate hopes of leftwing audiences, she reckons there’s no better time for a feel-good show! Depressed by fascism, misogyny and eco-destruction? Sounds like YOUR climate needs a change!
Long respected as the British folk scene’s funniest lesbian, Grace’s 2022 standup debut Butch Ado About Nothing garnered critical acclaim and sold out venues across the UK. THIS IS NO TIME TO PANIC! sees her combine music and comedy for the first time. She knows folk songs can’t save the world, and neither can standup. But both at the same time?? Read it and weep, Putin!

Hayseed Dixie began one summer day in 2000 when John Wheeler and Mike Daly drank enough whiskey to float a battleship from the Florida Coast over to Portugal and back and decided to play around in John’s studio.
With a few friends stopping by to join the party, ten AC/DC songs were reimagined and recorded forever anew, entirely reinvented as Appalachian Mountain hillbilly rave-ups.
Since then, Hayseed Dixie have evolved into a proper force, one that most people either love, hate, or have never heard of!
Fourteen albums later, with over half a million global sales and ove
