FESTIVAL NEWS: LIVE in Barnsley Line-up Announcement No. 4

LIVE in Barnsley, the town’s first metropolitan free music festival that began in June 2013, is now into its fourth year. This year’s LIVE in Barnsley FREE Music Festival takes place on Saturday 18 June 2016 and the organisers today announced another batch of bands that will appear this year.

The following bands will be appearing at Live In Barnsley 2016:

MKII from Huddersfield
Huddersfield two-piece MKII will be bringing the rock to this year’s edition of Live In Barnsley. Their new single ‘The Island’ is available now.

Nathan J Kozma from Wakefield
Currently based in London singer-songwriter Nathan J Kozma is a regular in Barnsley playing venues such as The Opium No10. Always a good set, check him out.

Mila Lee from Shipley
Leeds College of Music student Mila Lee recently featured as the musician-in-residence at BCB Radio’s Drive time show and will be playing dates up and down the country before her Live In Barnsley appearance in June.

Late Night Legacy from Leeds
Influenced by Incubus, Red Hot Chili Peppers and Black Label Society to name a few, Late Night Legacy won Radio Aire’s ‘Battle of the Bands’ in 2015.

Those Delta Wolves from Leeds
Garage blues sounds from Leeds, their music has been featured on BBC Introducing West Yorkshire and their latest single ‘Whispers’ has been described as “an absolute head banging banger that leaves you feeling both exhausted and satisfied” by Leeds Music Scene’s Tomas Cummings.
