Vuromantics have followed up their EP ‘In The Night’ with a brand new single entitled ‘Gold And Blue’, opting to release the single as a free download. Sam Christie of the band says: “It’s something we haven’t done before and with us pushing further into many new areas on our upcoming tour its going to be a great opportunity for new people to discover Vuromantics”

Recorded at Junior Park Studios in their hometown, Sheffield, Gold And Blue’s echoes of Sheffield music legends can be found within their music; it teems with The Human League’s electronic pop output – deep, smooth vocals over instrumentation that’s captivating, interchangeable, and most of all – refreshing as the band deliver a wonk funky synthpop taste of whats to come in 2018.

Jake Christie of the band said “It’s got that 80’s Gary Numan & Talking Heads vibe going for it. What we did was adapt the track more to sound studio quality with real time drums and huge layered up vocals”. Callum Hall of the band added “We have been gigging this track live for sometime, you can really hear the progression in this”

Both the single and tickets for the band’s upcoming tour can be found on their website
