Zooni is Peter Martin, George Godwin, Matt Glasbey and Ben Clark. A band, a moment, a suggestion, they present a waking dream of art rock. A carousel of keys, synths, strings and percussion swirling around Peter’s central poetic lyrics, they return today with colossal new single ‘Dissolve’.
Released via producer Charlie Andrew’s (Alt-J, Marika Hackman) Square Leg Records, their debut EP was supported by Huw Stephens at BBC Radio One, was selected as John Kennedy’s ‘Big One’ on Radio X (appearing on the Evening Playlist), amassed over 800,000 Spotify streams, and was praised by Q Magazine, Earmilk, Clash Magazine and Gigwise amongst others.
