Leeds based rapper Dialect (aka Marcus Shellington) has unleashed the new track “Ey Up (ft. K. Dot), a relentless track that takes the urgent flows of modern day grime, welding them onto a proudly northern 4×4 bassline thrill ride.

‘Ey Up’ is inspired by where Dialect grew up and resides, West Yorkshire. Accompanied by K dot, one of Sheffield’s hometown heroes and respected MC the track is a vital West meets South team up.

Dialect says, “Eyup is fully inspired by where I’ve grown up and reside, which is west Yorkshire! Accompanying me is K dot, one of Sheffield’s hometown heroes and an undoubtedly respected MC in the UK, he fits the agenda for this track all the more. The hard 4×4 bassline sound is signature to the North and with it being produced by nastee boi, a legendary Leeds artist and DJ, it’s only made this more of a statement that we stand proud to rep Yorkshire.”
