On Friday 31 March, the rooftop bar will be transformed into a sunset lit music destination, as ‘An Evening With’ returns, with non other than good times legend Norman Jay (MBE), headlining the first night for 2017.
As one of the most respected and popular DJs in the world, Norman Jay is renowned for his ‘Rare Groove’ scene, and pushing the boundaries of the UK’s club culture. He recently compiled his most eclectic compilation to date, ‘Good Times Skank & Boogie’ and is continuing to convert generations of clubbers to the cause, championing new sounds, yet never forgetting his music roots.
As part of this stellar line up, Mancunian DJ and Producer, Loz Goddard, will be hitting the decks, where you can expect warm smooth house music spiced up with plenty of funk and disco. And not forgetting our ‘An Evening With’ Resident DJ, Sara Garvey, a firm favourite with guests at Angelica.
Angelica has also announced the return of its Neverland night, to be held on Easter Sunday (16 April). Following a hugely successful New Year’s Eve party, the Neverland Easter special promises to be even better than its predecessor.
Headlining the nighttime event will be the internationally acclaimed DJ, Dimitri From Paris. Back by popular demand, the superstar has returned to Leeds once more to set everyone’s feet alight with his magical disco music.
The line up doesn’t end there, as Graham Sahara is set to play his first ever gig in Leeds. Sahara was the winner of Best Ibiza DJ and the Ibiza Clubbing Awards, as well as the Resident DJ at Pacha for more than 15 years. Playing alongside these two will be DJ and producer, Grove Assassin, underground disco house DJ, Loz Goddard and the amazingly talented, Sara Garvey.
